Why don't I receive my order but the tracking said it was delivered?

Incase you haven't still received your package but the tracking marked delivery already. Please clarify a few things for us:


- Please check the provided shipping details for your order and confirm that there are no mistakes.


- We suggest you check carefully the mailbox or check with everyone in your household as someone else might have brought it in for you. Sometimes package will be left at the door instead of mail receptacle or sometimes a neighbor mistakenly received mail or package at your residence. 

 

- Incase both of these options don't work for you, please contact the local post office and sometimes they can get in touch with the actual person who delivered it and see if they recall where they left it. In our experience, usually the package is located.
