Why isn't the tracking data showing on my tracking link?

- For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 5 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.


- For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.


- If it has been more than 5 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on an international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact  at [email protected] 


Note: We ship to Canada, the US, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, but full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is not provided for these specific countries: Mexico, Brazil. Tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable for replacements or refunds because they will never show movement or delivery confirmations.
